Nasrin Jafari

Head Organizer

Nasrin Jafari works in a NYC middle school where she leverages her dual roles in teaching and operations to learn how to practice effective school leadership.  In addition to working in a school, she organizes community events to bring attention to educational issues and writes on k-12 education on her website, www.nasrinjafari.com.

Deborah Chang

Director of Programming

Deborah Chang is the founder and executive director of #NYCEDU, a network of New Yorkers working together to equip ALL of New York City's young people with the skills, resources, and community supports they need to flourish as happy, engaged, and impactful citizens of the world. Tiffany Tsung

 

Operations Coordinator

Tiffany Tsung is a senior in the Education Studies program at NYU who addresses education reform using a global perspective. She spent a number of years in China where she studied the Chinese school system to learn more about curriculum design and teaching methods. She is passionate about shaping the way students think about education and learning, and promoting more diverse and global schools.
